Chief Hon. Barr. Brave Anebom Wobo was born on the 7th day of July, 1969 to the family of Late Chief Major and Mrs. P.E. Wobo of Orochiri Community, Elekahia Town, in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area of Rivers State.
He began his academic pursuit in 1973, at the Prestigious Army Children School Rainbow Town,
where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate. He
proceeded to the Baptist High School, Port Harcourt in 1978 and obtained the
West African School Certificate. In 1986, he obtained admission into the
Plateau School of Accountancy and Management and obtained a Diploma in law. In
the quest for more knowledge, he also obtained another diploma in Social work
for Community Development from the University of Jos. In his crave for a higher
degree; he bagged a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Sociology from the
same University of Jos. Chief Hon. Barr. Brave Wobo being a man of many facets
and having the challenge of defending his people, thought it wise that one of
the ways he could defend his people is to have a sound law background.
Consequent
upon the above, he proceeded to the Rivers State University of Science and
Technology in 2005 to study law. In 2010, he obtained an LLB, proceeded to the
prestigious Nigerian Law School in 2013 and obtained the Bachelor at Law (BL).
Chief Hon. Barr. Brave Wobo after
his National Youth Service Corps in Anambra state returned home and was asked
by his people to represent them in the PHALGA Council as a Councilor in 1999.
As a Councilor, representing the people of PHALGA Ward 19, under the platform
of the Alliance for Democracy (AD), and was unanimously elected by all his
colleagues in the 319 Wards of the state to lead them as the Chairman of
Councilors forum in Rivers State.
At
the expiration of his tenure as a Councilor and having proven to be a leader,
was elected by the entire Elekahia Community to be the Chairman of Elekahia
Community, which indeed brought unprecedented developments in the community.
Some of such development includes; the commissioning of Elekahia Town Hall,
Construction and Completion of 32 Lockup Stores for the community, Employment
of youths across the length and breadth of Rebisi Communities and beyond in
several multinational companies.
Chief Hon. Barr. Brave Wobo has
indeed touched several lives in several ways and at several times which
endeared him to so many persons, both within and outside the shores of Nigeria;
and as a philanthropist, he has won for himself several awards among which are;
Ambassador of Peace, by the Universal Peace Federation of Nigeria, Chairman,
Elekahia PCRC, Patron-National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Eze IDO 1 of
Iriebe, etc.
Brave
as he is fondly called by friends and allies has not just made a mark as a
great man, but has written his name in gold in the shores of history.
He
is indeed a man of his words. A Dependable leader and a trusted icon of many
variables.
Keep
faith with him, for he has come again to make history.

Representatives, to represent the good people of PHALGA Federal Constituency 1.

trained politician, an entrepreneur, a legal practitioner and a philanthropist per
excellence, who has always put the people first in all his dealings, has
volunteered to serve his people, so as to redeem the lost glory of the people
